WRESTLING—Coach Katz does it right— ½ of his lead wrestlers received academic recognition

Spring Sports

BASEBALL-  (10-5) Coach Powers’ team lost to powerhouse St. John’s 11-12, lost to Maret 1-3, beat EHS 8-5 and then lost o the Maroon 5-8. #3 Bears play #6 Potomac Bulldogs 5/7.

 GOLF—Coach Luther’s (5-2)  hosted a tournament at the Bear Trap Dunes with Mercersburg, St. Paul’s and StA. No recent scores?

LACROSSE—Coach McGettigan’s team (11-6)  lost to the Potomac Bulldogs and beat EHS 8-4 and the Maroon hen beat SSSA in the 1st round of the IAC tournament. BEAT THE HOYAS

Dane Camphausen  (Wooster Scots 25-12 ) has 35 GP  7  homers, 42  RBIs and a .304 batting average. NEXT GAME A  DOUBLE HEADER AGAINST JAKE AND THE LORDS

Jake Davidson  (Kenyon Lords 23-11) #13  pitched 7.1 pitched his 8  outings earned his 2nd.

Sam Anas, L11, is assigned to St. L. Blues AHL affiliate, Springfield Thunderbirds 2nd   place 1st round bye  (42-24-6-3 93 pts); #7 74 GP, 20 G, 43 A, 64points (a T-Bird record) 4 GWG 5 PPG 58 pts

This Bear set a total point record for the T-birds  team and was recognized by the league for sportsmanship, determination and dedication

Aiden Howe L16  St. Mary’s Gaels Scrum-the team appears to be headed to championships, but clubs don’t have SIDs.

Sachin Das L19 University of Chicago team 17-1; Sachin singles 4-4 doubles 9-3 with a 7 match win streak, Maroon won the UAA league regular season and league championship. Division III championship May 12 UoC is #1 team in Region V
