On Seniors’ Day the Bears had a defensive battle with the Bulldogs. An early goal by the #6 visitors was answered by 4 Bear goals (Paoletta 2Gs, Patrick Keena 1G, 1A, Archer 1G). Bullis answered with 2 goals to make the end of the 3rd Q score 4-3.

The last period saw the Bulldogs shoot 10 times and Will Joyce make 3 of his 5 saves. The defense of #s 4, 9,11,25,29, 30, 31 and 32 checked many shots, caused turnovers and during the last few seconds, frustrated the Bulldog O.

In a game in which possession is of maximum importance, the X-men (Murphy 6 out of 9 and Lincoln 1/1) dominated.

Thanks to the Captains’ Moms (see below) for a very special day for the 15 seniors , the great post game tailgate and a wonderful season.
