In non-league game Bears lose 2-3 in shootout with Gonzaga

The visiting Purple Eagles took a 1-0 lead at 9:07 of the first period. Landon’s #3 REED PEHRKON even the score @10:49 of the middle segment.

The last section of regular time saw Gonzaga go ahead at 12:12, but the Bears responded 15 seconds later when #22 JACK McSHANE to #16 CHRISTIAN BINNER and then #7 MAX MARKAKOS scored to tie it up @12:27.

In the shootout, #10 OWEN MOORE beat the Gonzaga goalie, but the Purple Eagles got 2 goals in the remaining rounds.
