INSIDE THE WHITE ROCKS

BASEBALL Coach Martinez lost game(s) due to weather
GOLF Coach Luther’s teamhad 2 games on schedule, but only a loss to Bullis was listed.
LACROSSE Coach McGettigan’s team reached IL’s national rankings:
“#18 While they have already suffered a pair of losses, both come via just one goal and early March often packs time for growth that April benefits from. In this case, it’s possible that those benefits came early as the Bears are now on a four-game win streak that includes a dominant victory over Dallas Episcopal (Texas), doubling up St. Mary’s (Md.), and heading to Texas to take down a Highland Park team with as strong of a defensive unit as they will see all year.”
IL’s SE’s #10 Cardinal Gibbons played the Bears tough but lost 14-7. On Friday, the 1st IAC win was earned in a 13-8 victory over Bullis. Highlight next week a trip to Rockville Pike.
RUGBYCoaches Beckoff and Klingelhofer’s rugggers remained undefeated with a 46-3 winAlexandria City High School. 4/11 DeMatha Stags come to Prindle Field for a 4:30 match.
