1. When did you start playing football?
I started playing football probably in about 3rd grade for Vienna Anklebiter football.
What is your time in the 40 yd. dash and what’s your best bench weight?
Honestly I can’t remember the last time I had my 40 time recorded. My best bench max was like 165 or 170.
What is your favorite college football team and college football player?
My favorite college football team is the UVA Cavaliers and my favorite player was Johnny Football even though he’s in the NFL now.
What is your favorite moment during any Landon sports event in which you played?
Beating prep last year in football is probably up there, but I would honestly have to say winning the JV lacrosse IAC championship sophomore year.
What is your favorite course/faculty member at Landon?
My favorite course at Landon is Mr. Sorkin’s sophomore year geometry class with Mr. Sorkin being my favorite faculty member at Landon.
What is your favorite non-sports related activity–community service, music, painting, sculpture, photography, independent paper, debate, drama, poem, extracurricular activity, etc.?
My favorite non-sports related activity would have to be painting. I love to paint at school and Mr. Bartman is a great teacher who makes painting a lot of fun.
What is your nickname (if any) and how did you get it?
I guess some people call me Willy being mostly my family. My friends call me Sandman…but that story is for another time.
Describe yourself in 3 words? How would your parents describe you in 3 words?
I would describe myself as fun, loving, and friendly.
My parents would describe me as diligent, empathetic, and hard-working.
What’s on your iPod?
I have just about everything on my iPOD but my favorite kind of music would have to be Reggae.
Tell us one thing (interesting) that your teammates do not know about you.
I guess something most of my friends know but maybe not all the guys on the team know is that I have a common lineage with Abraham Lincoln.
