    • One Bear Alumnus playing pro hoops now in Germany

    • Three Bear Alumni playing college hoops; one leads his team in all offensive scoring categories

    • Four Alumni are playing hockey at four levels pro to club–one receives a number of accolades

    • Two Alumni are swimming at college level

    • Two Alumni are on wrestling rosters- one hit the mats at a tournament

WINTER SPORTS

  • Basketball (7-8) lost to WaPo#12 EHS 66-77 and then Prep 61-67. Coach Turner has his team working hard, scrapping for every ball, playing smart/sound D and led by shooters Canin Reynolds and Kino Lilly.

  • Hockey (8-0) beat Bullis 13-2 behind ’22 Goalie Leo Quattrone (17saves), L’22 Will Lawrence (3G, 2A), L’21 Oscar Smink (0,4)  and L’20 Joey Graham (3-1). They beat St. Mary Ryken (score 9-0) NEXT WEEK DeMatha on Wednesday, Bears Den at 4:15pm and then Georgetown Prep on Friday at 6:30pm, Cabin John Rink.

  • Indoor Track: Landon Shot Put crew all set personal records at the Mercersburg Invitational.
