LACROSSE – 24 players, 16 played this week; one AA mid-season mention; I win v. #1; 2 on undefeated teams; one dominating at X; 2 season ending injuries—same family; all ‘24s playing

LACROSSE— COACH McGETTIGAN’s roster swept through Florida, including a definitive win over the SE’s #1 Benjamin School (should have brought home the school’s #1 golfer, Charlie Woods) and home to beat old IAC foe St. James using superior depth on the 1st warm day in 2025 MD
RUGBY—COACH DR. SAM TYLER’s team plays SJCHS this week
TENNIS—COACH MILLER L’86, plays former IAC team, Sidwell Friend on April Fools Day

Eagle of the Week—Senior MATTHEW SICOLI went 6-for-11 with three extra base hits as the Eagles swept Covenant to run their winning streak to eight games. Sicoli had three doubles, scored a team-leading seven times and drove in five runs. He added two walks and went 3-for-3 in stolen base attempts. Sicoli collected a pair of three-hit games in the series and had a big performance in the finale, going 3-for-5 with 4 RBI including a bases-clearing double in the sixth which put Emory ahead for good en route to the 15-4 win.
