Bears Hockey 5 Cadets 5

St. John’s College High School strolled from RIA rink 1 to the Bears Den with confidence of a 9 game undefeated streak (maybe 10; their game on Tuesday has not been recorded) averaging 5.4 GAA while only allowing their opponents 1.8. They also had images in their brains from their November 4 to 1 win over the Landon team

The first fifteen minute segment was a period in which the “Johnnies” controlled the puck and scored the much lamented 1st goal at 12:05. The home team responded @ 10:45  on a Reid Pehrkon pass to Kevin Fou who found goal-scorer Ishaan Sethi.

SJCHS got its 2nd goal at 5:17

Leo Quattrone made 10 saves while his teammates put 7 on net. Landon was assessed 2 penalties (one a 5 minute) and did not surrender any PPGs. St. John’s was exempt from the sin bin.
