EXCERPTED: “Before life at DC United, Fletcher made a name for himself in the high school football pyramid. The youngster started his career playing for MLS Next club Bethesda SC and Landon School in Bethesda, Maryland – where he studied for four years {stet– played for Coach Reed’s Varsity side for 4, but studied at Landon for the full 10}.  

As a junior, Fletcher was named the All-Metro Player of the Year in 2021, after scoring 26 goals and contributing nine assists over the course of the 17-game season. He also led the team to the Interstate Athletic Conference Championship, scoring the match winning goal in the final. 

“It was actually a lot of fun. I would train in the morning and go to school in the afternoon, I was still seeing all my friends and enjoying my football, so it was great,” he added.

Charlie Bundy L’22 College of William & Mary Tribe,  Red River Run Classic Sophomore Charlie Bundy fired his best round in the final 18 on Tuesday with a 1-over 71. He totaled seven birdies during the tournament and finished in a share of 56th at 223 10/15 will be at Georgetown Classic at Woodmont
