The undefeated (10-0) Bears travel to DeMatha’s home ice rink tomorrow to determine which team will take the lead in the MAPHL standings and the WaPo rankings. The Stags (19-8-1) have already played more games than the Bears are likely to play this season. They have played in two tournaments against teams from ME, PA and IL. The Bears and the Stags have one common opponent on their respective schedule so far; DeMatha beat StA on Tuesday, 6-2 and the Bears beat on 12/10their rival 4-1 on Ft. Dupont Ice, also.

The home team is lead by their netminder Drew Weigman G #1 who has  a 10-7 record and a 2.10 GAA. His 2009-2010 honors:  1st Team All MAPHL, MAPHL Tournament Team, Washington Post All-Met Honorable Mention, DeMatha Prep Team MVP.
