Your Country Needs You

This is a snapshot of near term America if YOU do not lean heavily into the upcoming midterm election to safeguard America’s democratic process. The GOP has made it plain that if they win Congress, it’s game over for free elections going forward. The time for carpetbagging is NOW. Do whatever you need to do, make calls, donate to campaigns, put up yard signs, wear buttons, twist arms, and bring banana bread to your cousins for the next few weeks (haha, or fix their cars!) For your convenience, I’ve ID’d some very important races, because it is HELL to find a simplified list anywhere on the internet. (I think it’s in somebody’s interest to keep it that way). Here’s what needs to happen:

FOR GOVERNOR:

TX: Beto O’Rourke over Greg Abbott

FL: Charlie Crist over De Santis

GA: Stacey Abrams over Brian Kemp

MI: Witmer needs to stay

CA: Newsom needs to stay

FOR SENATE:

FL: Val Deming over Rubio

OH: Tim Ryan over J.D. Vance

GA: Warnock over Walker

KY: Charles Booker over Rand Paul

PA: Fetterman over Oz

SC: Krystle Matthews over Tim Scott

Iowa: Admiral Franken over Chuck Grassley

IL: Duckworth needs to stay

HOUSE

Marissa Wood over Kevin McCarthy (CA)

Tamie Wilson over Jim Jordan (OH)

Marcus Flowers over Marjorie Taylor Greene (GA)

Adam Frisch over Lauren Boebert (CO)

Matt Castelli over Stefanik (NY)

And we need to keep Katie Porter, Jamie Raskin, Adam Schiff, Ayanna Pressley etc in there!

Obviously we need it to go blue across the board and win state races for A.G., election boards, etc, but these are ones I ID’d where it might be close and/or we really need to take out some true enemies of America’s form of government. (In my district we have Robert Zimmerman running against a complete kook, and it’s by no means a given that the D will win). Put down the remote and the Wurdle and GET TO WORK! If we lose, there won’t be another chance!
