Work Study Feature: Gina Kim

This year, USC Linguistics is lucky to have four helpful students doing work study at our department. Today we invite you to meet Gina Kim!

Gina is a Freshman at USC. Her major is currently undecided, but she plans on majoring in International Relations. She was born in South Korea but grew up in New Jersey and considers herself a Jersey girl. She currently doesn’t have any pets, though she does like animals. When asked about her favorite food, she mentioned that she loves all food. “Recently, I’ve gotten really into apricot pie.” Yum!

Gina’s favorite TV show is The Walking Dead. Don’t assume she is generally a fan of the horror genre though – while she enjoys zombies, Gina can’t do ghosts.

Thanks Gina – we appreciate you taking the time to tell us a little about yourself. Until next time… 👻
