Witt Jr Signs Extension with Royals

Bobby Witt Jr just secured the bag with the Kansas City Royals. He signed a 14-year mega deal with 11 of those as guaranteed seasons. The deal could be worth up to $377.7 million and is the largest contract in Royals history.

That’s a big investment. Yet for a player like Witt with power and speed after a season with 30 home runs and 49 steals, why not try and sign him long term.

This is easily the Royals top move of the offseason.
