Week in Review – 6 Feb 2011

Hi!  Weeeeeeellll – between the snow days you already know about, the kitty update, and honestly – between the child-rearing and Super Bowl-watching, I don’t have much of an update.  Let’s just say:

Packers. PACKERS. SUPER BOWL CHAMPIONS!!!! 

We had the appropriate beverages.

I had the “good luck charm”, the beverage of choice the last time we won the Super Bowl – Hot Damn.  Can’t say I drank much of it, but took a swig for luck (Nikki was there with me too I’m sure…).

I made a new recipe. (Smores bars!  Recipe to be blogged later.) 

We cheered every touchdown, bit our nails through the  bad bits, but won in the end.  It was a beautiful night.  All is well with the world.  And now: off to bed, more to come later in the week no doubt.  It’s a busy one…
