Wednesday, Sept. 4 Match Day

Updates: If you listened to my National Wrap-Up podcasts then you know there are two really good matches today in other parts of the world. (Ranks are mine and not AVCA.)

#11 Carthage at #19 UW-Whitewater  VIDEO STATS

#17 Saint Benedict at #7 UW-Eau Claire  VIDEOSTATS

Yoga Wednesday got in the way of any viewing. Sul Ross State continues its domination over Schreiner.

Nationally, Whitewater took down Carthage in 4-sets. The last two were not close. I know Ricky really liked Whitewater this year and he would know.

Saint Benedict upset Eau Claire in 4-sets, which makes the Trinity win over St. Ben look even better.

Random Thoughts:

Another SOS match for the ASC and SCAC conferences. A Schreiner win would equal their win total for all of last season (3). Sul Ross State is off to a 3-1 start. Sul Ross State already beat Schreiner this past weekend 3-1.
