Victor Frankenstein (2015)

Director: Paul McGuigan

Starring: Daniel Radcliffe, James McAvoy, Jessica Brown Findlay

Told from Igor’s perspective, we see the troubled young assistant’s dark origins, his redemptive friendship with the young medical student Viktor Von Frankenstein, and become eyewitnesses to the emergence of how Frankenstein became the man – and the legend – we know today.

Finally a film about Victor Frankenstein, and not about his monster. The first thing I loved about the film was the fantastic visuals, and the great photography. From an acting perspective, James McAvoy was wonderful, as was Daniel Radcliffe. Their different characters – yet with the same goal – complemented the film.

I loved the music, the emotion, the look and feel of the film, the script, the dialogue, the acting, the style, EVERYTHING! This is a superb production with a fantastic climax ending. This was stunning.
