Unveiling 11 Seasons of Excellence: Team SideOut Polonia Player Stats Dashboard (2012-2024)

Team SideOut Polonia Player Stats from 2012 to 2024

I’ve been with Team SideOut Polonia London since 2012. That’s 11 seasons’ worth of player data that I have. Many great players have competed for the team during that time but which ones are truly the best? Well, I compiled the data in a handy interactive dashboard to find out. Click on this link or check the images below.

Notes:

• Hris Koleva still tops the list for matches played (122). Kasia Plucinska (96) is close but doesn’t play many matches in a season. Masha Sviridova (81) has the best chance of catching up if she plays two full seasons on the team.

• Kasia Plucinska has played the most seasons for Team Sideout (9). No other active player is close.

• Hris Koleva has the most points scored (1089) and kills (921) but Masha Sviridova has the best point-scoring efficiency (4.08) and hitting % (43.5%)

• Gaia Canevari (216) and Duygu Yetkincan (144) have the most aces and block kills by far

• Sydney Busa is in the top 5 for in-play pass % (#1 at 96.9%), digs (#1, 494), and dig % (#5, 76.0%)

• The two seasons where the team had a Point-Scoring Efficiency Ratio of 2.00 or higher (2019-20, 2.22 PER and 2023-24, 2.26 PER) were the two seasons where we won the regular season.

Final Thoughts

It’s nice I created this dashboard now. It’s definitely better than the one I created in Tableau. The plan is to update it annually. I would still recommend checking out the dashboard because it is interactive so you play around with it a little. Click on this link.
