Two Very Cool Things Opening at Coney Island This Weekend

Times like this weekend I wish I still lived a half hour subway ride from Coney Island. Tonight Dick Zigun and Chicava Honeychile open their new Bettie Page show at Coney Island USA:

And also tomorrow the Coney Island History Project opens their new exhibit Coney Island Creek and the Natural World. I only recently discovered this little known aspect of the neighborhood — it’s something to be appreciated, celebrated, and preserved.
