Update: With the sweep of Concordia, UMHB are your ASC West Division Champions!

UTT takes the first two sets against UTD…don’t want UTD to clinch the division on their court. And now take the match. UTD will now need to beat LeTourneau at home or have UTT lose their last match.

La Verne up 2 sets to 1 against CMS. Good volleyball if you have time to watch.

CMS comes back in the 4th and takes the 5th and the match. Firmly in control in the SCIAC.

Random Thoughts: I’ve all but given the ASC West Division to UMHB but Concordia plays them back to back and win both then they are your West leaders. UTD and UTT face off in Tyler in the East Division. UTD wins and they clinch the regular season title and host the ASC Tournament. HPU needs to win to keep their faint hopes of an ASC tournament bid alive. Over in the SCIAC, a great match-up between the two tops teams at La Verne. CMS swept the Leos at their place but La Verne needs the win to move into first a half game up. Cal Lu at Oxy is another fun one as the battle for the last SCIAC playoff spot is between three teams and with Chapman playing Caltech you know they will end the day with a victory. In the last match, I’m sure Pomona-Pitzer would like some revenge on Redlands for their defeat earlier in the season.
