While a zombie virus breaks out in South Korea, passengers struggle to survive on the train from Seoul to Busan.

Nominated for 33 awards (winning 9 so far), this is the best zombie film I’ve seen. The effects are incredible and the acting great, too – especially Su-an Kim (who was also fantastic in Battleship Island). The film is insanely suspenseful at times as we follow a divorced father and his daughter trying to escape the zombie apocalypse. Unlike most zombie films, this film has depth and emotion, and beautiful music, too.
