The SideOut Team

SideOut relaunched their website yesterday (read about my three paid jobs with them: first, second and third).  It can be seen that I have been promoted to being a member of the SideOut team as the Performance Analyst.  This is another great credit to my CV.  Below is a screenshot of it but you can view it on this link to read about the other coaches I am working with and what events they are holding.

I also edited a video for the website highlighting their expert coaching.  I had to scour all the videos from the Winter Series, Rhodes Polonia’s training to get the best bits.  I tried to find clips where it was obvious from the coach’s actions what their instruction is.  I also made the fast-forwarding a feature in this video.  It was initially to shorten the 15+ second clips to fast-forward through the boring bits where the coach and player(s) are just standing but talking (which you can’t hear) and you play at normal speed when you can see the coach’s body language doing the talking (which you need to hear).  By shortening those clips, I was able to fit in a lot more stuff in two minutes.  I then realised it kept up the pace of the video so I started to fast-forward some of the shorter clips too.  For some clips, I would actually extend it just so I could fast-forward it.
