First the Olympic channel I guess is doing a series on Olympic Legends and the first episode features Svetlana Khorkina. LMAO at her attitude. Girl’s ego is hilarious. If you asked me what I remembered about Svetlana it would be her bad attitude, her unique bar routine and thinking Verona Van De Leur was robbed of one of the European titles Khorkina owns Oh and how she won’t call Simone Biles by name because she won 4 AA titles and passed Khorkina for that label.

( turns out it’s a 9 minute video and here it is

A Movie about Khorkina. This is awesome.

This movie doesn’t seem to talk about qualifying or AA or the team competition so the 1996 Olympics will start with the Uneven Bar Finals.

There aren’t any subtitles. ( I’ll leave the recap to Spanny if she even exists anymore) but I do have a few questions and screen caps to contrubute.

So which white girl is Dawes and which one is Chow ?

Fake Khorkina and real Khorkina duking it out in the same UB routine is fun

After Khorkina wins she is of course all smiles but….

Later on she watches an old video tape of her performance with (I’m assuming) her mother ( who looks more like Khorkina than the gymnast playing her in this movie) 100.06

114.31 The vault debacle.

130.04 is the UB Finals ( I don’t remember Khorkina getting a hair cut during the Olympics at all) Ans they had cell phone’s on the floor at that Olympics????

I DON’T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO EVEN SAY 🙂
