The 4 Worst Days Of My Life – SKAM

Hello friends!

In one of my recent posts all about Visualify, I mentioned that I had a very legit reason for being out of action on here for a little under a week. That reason, is SKAM.

Since taking a short hiatus from The Office, I’ve been looking for a TV show to ruin my life, and while I’m due to watch The End Of The F***ing World before Chloe comes for me, I decided to start watching a completely different show. SKAM.

Some of you may be familiar with the online show. It went viral, completely insanely popular around 2015/2016, but I never got into the Norwegian drama until last week. One of my prerequisites when it comes to starting anything, whether it’s a book series or a TV series, is that it has to be finished. I can’t be bothered waiting a whole entire year for a new season to pop up only for it to be absolute shit (looking at you PLL), and since there’s no chance of me spreading out my viewing time but rather binging it, I like knowing that it’s finished and resolved and I won’t have to wait for anything. So when I saw there were only 4 seasons, I wasn’t completely sure if it was done, but after confirming that it was, I dived right it.

Oh boy.

My dudes. This show ruined my life. If you’re down for some lovely Scandinavian boys, gals you just wanna be, literal laugh out loud moments and a bunch of words that you start saying in a Norwegian accent, hit up SKAM.

However, today’s post, is not only about this amazing show, but about the stupid good soundtrack for the show. So many good songs in this show. I luckily found a SKAM playlist some angel had made on Spotify, which has most of the songs, nearly all of the songs, that feature in the four seasons of the show. Season 4, Sana’s season, is definitely my favourite for music. It’s not a lot, but for really short episodes, only about ten episodes per season, there’s a lot of music, and it’s literally all so good!

So below, I’ve compiled my favourites from SKAM. I know. Not all of them are definitely not in English, and not all of them are PG. Definitely some Scandinavian swearing in there, but like…really good music. So yeah! Let me know if you give any of these a listen!
