Termarr Johnson Hitting Streak Amongst Best in SAL

Termarr Johnson recently extended a hitting streak to 15 games. His 10th home run of the season during the July 21, 2024, game against the Hickory Crawdads set the mark this year for the best hitting streak in the South Atlantic League this season.

During the streak he is hitting .365 with 23 hits, 15 runs scored, three home runs and 12 RBI.

He has a chance to keep the streak going against Ashville tonight. Will he extend the streak to 16 games?

Could Johnson be headed toward the SAL player of the week award? Taking it over from last week’s winner teammate Jack Brannigan. I think he should be in consideration to add to the list of Grasshoppers winning the award this season.
