Raw Brewing: Grey Ghost IPA (England: IPA: 5.9% ABV)

Visual: Hazy pale grain and brown mix with a few bubbles of a head.

Nose: Light hops.

Body: Nice bitter hops, and buttered popcorn. Slick, with sweet touches. Lemon meringue, touch of golden syrup and apricots.

Finish: Fluffy hops, slight citrus, orange and some sour lime.

Conclusion: Nice wee IPA, light on the nose, but sturdy on the body. Not a hop bomb, but you can feel the hops, just somewhat restrained but definitely there.

A well balanced IPA, well done and crafted. Slight sweet and sour, not showy, but does the job proper. Probably good with some cream cheese and crackers.
