Brewdog Hardcore IPA (Scotland: IIPA: 9% ABV)

Visual: light thin head. Clear bright amber liquid.

Nose: Heavy hops, sweet caramelised sugar and apples.

Body: Sweet and syrupy. Lots of hops, bitter bite and treacle.

Finish: even more hops, dry wheat and orange.

Conclusion: Another brilliant IPA from brewdog, not quite overthrowing the Punk IPA but a joy to drink
