Talking in Your Sleep
I can be quite a talker, but only when I’m awake.
While I have once or twice in my life talked in my sleep (that I have been made aware of), I am more likely to grunt or groan. Even that does not happen very often.
Growing up my brother and I had our own rooms starting about age 5. On occasional family vacations we would be put in the same bed, or at least the same room and I found that he would occasionally talk in his sleep. Nothing exceptionally memorable, but talking never the less.
One family vacation when we were with an aunt, uncle and some cousins and I came to the breakfast table and complained about my brother’s talking. My aunt, making breakfast at the time, came over to the table and let me know that my cousin David also talked in his sleep.
One night she heard him talking and he said something very puzzling. She asked about it the next day, but he couldn’t recall the dream or the reason he might had said what he did. I asked her what was it that he said.
She replied, “I’m the best horse in the museum!” I’m not sure I want to know the dream that inspired that!
Chili Casserole

There is no dreaming about the flavor in this dish.

I will often buy ground meat in bulk and vacuum seal it in pound packages for later.

Boiling the noodles.

Making the chili.

With the noodles.

Delicious!
