Sunday, Oct. 20 Match Day!

A little different format for today’s match as their is only one.

Chapman 3 UC Santa Cruz 0

Update – Whoops. I had Redlands listed but the Slugs are playing Chapman. My bad! Honestly, this is really a must win for both teams. Santa Cruz needs this to advance their Pool B cause while Chapman really can’t afford anymore blemishes on their record.

For those going through withdrawal, the UAA is playing today and there are some toasty match-ups.

Case Western has taken a set off of Emory but Emory is about to go up 2-1.

No big surprises in the UAA but now we have the late matches.

Emory and Chicago are pounding on each other early in the first set. WUSTL really could use this win as they are a bubble team when it comes to at-large teams right now.

Good win for WUSTL over Carnegie Mellon. Off the top of my head I think that’s their best win on the season.

Chicago has now beaten Calvin and Emory. Has to be your #1 team unless you are mindless and only vote for the team with the best record.

Chapman with the sweep. Last set went 32-30.
