There is more to life than barbecue — really — and we pause to salute Spanky’s in Hyannis for their lobster salad-on-a-salad (Caesar here). It is on the water right by the ferries for Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard, and they give you a whole lot of lobster and it is very good.
