A Yeti is convinced that the elusive creatures known as “humans” really do exist.

This is an awesome idea, where the search (and fear) for Bigfoot is reversed – Bigfoot searching for and fearing smallfoot (humans).

Unfortunately the execution thereof isn’t very mature and Smallfoot is small-minded. Some scenes are very cartoonish while others are downright silly and would appeal only to a very young demographic. From an adult perspective, the film felt like a vessel to promote social media like Facebook and (especially) YouTube. This might as well have been a YouTube Presentation.

Yawn, where was I? Oh yes, from an adult perspective. It appears as if they also challenge the writings of the Bible, or any other religion with scriptures, making you question what to believe in, and what to perceive as true or deem false. The film also steals from Monster’s Inc in the appearance of their characters and I couldn’t help but feel they were trying to be another ‘Frozen’ with ‘The Greatest Showman’ musical element.

I love animated films, but sadly this one did nothing for my senses.
