Site Update

I have added “tags” to most of the posts — see the “Categories” at the bottom of the home page.  Most categories are states or regions, and these will help if you are planning to travel to, say, Colorado and are looking for some good barbecue.  There also is a category for “Other Foods” and there are sundry other categories, such as “Ribs,”  “Gurus and Reviewers,” and so on.   And, of course, there’s a tab for “My Barbecue” which describes some of the steps involved when I make the World’s Best Barbecue every July 4.

Of course, you can always use the Search function.  That will help a lot in finding particular cities within states for which there are multiple posts.
