Sharing the Inktense bookmark project from the naea show so you can make it Too!
Hi friends! As you know I just got back from the NAEA show in New York City where I worked teaching the Make-and-Takes in the Derwent booth. This is what we made:

We had the template I drew printed on watercolor paper so the people could get right down to playing with the pencils. I decided to share the pattern here as well in case you would rather print it than draw it. You can also follow the video below and draw it freehand. We had about 1000 people through the booth so having it printed really helped!
Supplies:
Watercolor paper
Masking tape
Watercolor brushes
Derwent Inktense Outliner pencil or non-water-soluble pencil
Salt
Plastic wrap
Drinking straw
Black Derwent Linemaker (optional)
White Chromaflow colored pencil (optional)
Postmark stamps and black ink pad (optional)
Paper trimmer or scissors
Hole punch and string or tassel
Printable template (if desired)
This project was really fun to do with all of the teachers that came to the NAEA conference. I hope I get invited back next year! Happy crafting!
