September Update

Those of you visiting Crapes will have observed that the trees visible from the road and through gateways are devoid of the usual display of colouring apples festooning them. This reflects the effects of cold just prior to and during blossom during the latter part of April. Much of the area not in sight is similarly affected.

We have some apples in sheltered parts, hopefully enough to honor the orders already received. Our plums have been good . These will finish shortly. Any quince are reserved.

There will be some apples available to callers at the farm, along with the tail end of tomatoes, vegetables and some pears.
