Sean Price and Lil Fame: Price of Fame Review

No lie, This was probably one of my PERSONAL most anticipated projects. I knew that Sean Price and LIl Fame were working on a project together and I knew it was gonna be straight up gutter Brownsville in your face hip hop. But unfortunately Sean Price died in 2015 and there was possibly little to no chance of this project ever coming to fruition.
But then one day out of nowhere, I seen a video for the song titled Peter Pop Off and it was everything that we wanted to hear from this project in the first place. They used animated visuals to put Sean Price on and the results came out very spectacular. Fame still brings that live M.O.P. energy here along with stellar verses from Teflon, Rim, and I-Fresh
With the assistance of his wife along with Fame, Price of Fame was completed and it was a instant classic. Sean Price’s impact in hip hop is heavily felt in today’s NY scene and you could tell by listening to songs such as Big Gun Vs LIl Gun, Boston George, and Price of Fame that Price’s influence on the Underground scene is undeniable.
This album was short, sweet, and straight to the point. No Trap beats, No autotune, No club anthems.. Strictly hardcore Brownsville hip hop and the proper sendoff for the legendary Sean Price.
