Sea Unicorns

Coming your way is another MILB rebrand. This time the Connecticut Tigers are becoming the Norwich Sea Unicorns.

This is really well done. It’s a great balance of fun and serious. They took a fun name like sea unicorn, but used a navy blue and gold to make it more naval and serious. The logo looks more pirate than princess and very much ready for battle.

As I said the color scheme is a navy blue and gold which is very slick.

The name is also an upgrade on the former Tigers name. It’s always good to see when a team embraces a nickname thats unique to them and not just calls them selves after the parent team. This is a bonus in my book.

Honestly this is my favorite rebrand so far. The name is great, the logo is great and it stands out, but isn’t too rediculous. It’s family friendly and fun. It’s perfect for a minor league baseball team.
