Saturday, October 21 Match Day

Oct 20, 2017
2 min read

Update: Wife and I made the trek to the Golden Dome at Centenary for the SU / Colorado College match. Great match as CC won in 5 and have pretty much locked up the SCAC #1 seed.

UTD played tough this weekend against quality teams but it wasn’t enough to get a win. Looking more like they need to win the ASC tournament to get an NCAA bid.

CC had a surprisingly easy win over Trinity and has secured the #1 seed in the SCAC. Congrats to them.

For those that have hate in their hearts and don’t like what I write sometimes, just know I was just stung in the eye by a wasp. I will carry on. #Courage

Chapman staying in the SCIAC race. Fearless prediction #1:  The SCIAC tiebreakers will come into play this season.

Random Thoughts: UTD continues play over in Oshkosh with Whitewater today. The SCAC starts their Crossover play today with a HUGE match between Colorado College and Southwestern. Trinity will also get another crack at Colorado College later in the day. It should be noted that CC doesn’t have to play back-to-back this time around. La Verne goes to Chapman in a match that’s important to both teams. CMS tried to keep hold of their high regional ranking seeding when they travel a super really tremendous long way to Pomona-Pitzer. Safe travels Athenas and look both ways on 6th Street.
