Sat Chat 11/2/24

November? What? How? Hi friends! It is November 2nd and time for Sat Chat! Don’t forget if you are in the USA to turn your clocks back tonight so you can enjoy an extra hour of sleep, or maybe art time tomorrow! With my recent early waking trend, I will probably wake up at 4am tomorrow so I might as well plan on painting LOL! Whatever you do this weekend I hope you have some time to relax and be creative. • Kids picture books I couldn’t part with: Frankenstein Makes a Sandwich by Adam Rex *This is the 2nd book in the series, Frankenstein Takes the Cake, The Llama Llama books *Llama Llama Red Pajama and Llama Llama Mad at Mama are the ones we have and love! The If You Give series *Moose a Muffin and Mouse a Cookie are my faves! And of course the Dr Suess books. I highly recommend the hardcover books when available because we read these hundreds of times with the kids and the paperbacks get damaged with that much use, I know they have kindle versions too.

• I checked out the Ohuhu Markers at Michaels and they had a small display but the set I wanted was in stock and you can use coupons on them, yay!
