Region Leaders (3/1/21)

My cover photo is of Allison Owen (UTD) who leads the nation in Kills per Set with 4.50. (At least I hope it’s Allison because the number doesn’t match the UTD roster and I messed up last week.) She’s actually tied for the lead with Sarah Ghormley (Concordia). The only other West Region player that leads the nation in a category is Annika Canaba who is one of two players who have a triple-double this year.

Other national leaders from the West Region are:

  • Georgia Quiroz (Concordia) 4th in Assists per Set (10.17)

  • Jaryn Towery (UTD) 3rd in Aces per Set (1.20)

  • Sarah Ghormley (Concordia) 3rd in Points per Set (5.00)

  • Allison Owen (UTD) 5th in Points per Set (4.83)

  • Liv Alexander (George Fox) 2nd in Blocks per Set (2.00)

  • Ashtyn Butler (George Fox) 2nd in Blocks per Set (2.00)

Kaylyn Latin (St. Thomas) would be 3rd nationally in Digs per Set (6.79) if eligible.
