PWHL Playoffs Set to Start

The Professional Women’s Hockey League has announced the schedule and matchups for the playoffs.

In the first of two semifinals Toronto selected Minnesota as their opponent. Toronto is the one seed after finishing the regular season with the best record.

That makes Minnesota the fourth seed and last team to make it to the playoffs.

Boston will face off against Montreal in the second semifinal. Montreal is the second seed while Boston is the third seed.

The series are both best of five games the first of which is tonight with Toronto and Minnesota playing game one. Which two teams will move on to the championship series?

My predictions are as follows:

Toronto over Minnesota

Montreal over Boston
