Please don’t…(Part 3 of 4)

After discussing the first 10 (Please don’t…(Part 1 of 4); Please don’t…(Part 2 of 4))here are the next five…

11.Asking overly personal questions

I tend to talk to everyone I meet (surprise, surprise) so I suppose I may be guilty of this one…but I don’t *think* I ask personal questions. I would never ask about income, etc. I have asked a cashier if she bought her glasses at Costco because I liked them so much.

12. Making outrageous returns is rarely a good look

Ah yes, the return policy…the subject of two previous posts. One post was discussing their excellent customer service in accepting unsatisfactory products (Returning at Costco). The second was making fun of some of the most ridiculous returns reported by Costco employees (Ridiculous Returns). I believe that stores should stand by their products but there is a limit and customers should not push it with absurd returns.

13. Flirting with employees

14. Hassling the employees about food court options

It is not a 5-star restaurant. Deal with the limitations!

15. Running down cart attendants in the parking lot

I have written about the terrible parking at at least some stores (Terrible parking at Costco) but had not realized that the cart attendants felt in danger. I have a personal history of extremely serious injury from being hit by a car so this complaint really struck a chord with me. I get scared in parking lots anyway, so reading that it is a relatively common occurrence at Costco is terrifying.

Guilty?
