Pie Week on NPR

National Public Radio is planning a series of stories about pie this week, which may interest some of our foodie followers! They previewed it last week with a simple recipe for pie crust (which certainly trips up archivist/blogger/foodie Kira) which you can find here. This morning, they kicked off with a longer story on Morning Edition: Pie-Making 101. Bakers and pie fans, you may want to keep your ears open!
