Pick your movie of the week: Truffaut! (Sept 9-15/16)

Maybe you haven’t heard of him, but the French director François Truffaut was (and continues to be) highly influential in the movie making business. Chances are you haven’t seen these movies, so just read the plot summaries below and pick the one you think sounds like a winner.
And btw, the first one really could be renamed To Raise Hell as the term “400 blows” is a euphemism for that. Doesn’t seem to make sense, but neither does our “couch potato,” “knocked up” or “kicked the bucket.”
The 400 Blows (1959)A misunderstood young boy who is thought by his parents and teachers to be a troublemaker delves into a life of petty crime.
Shoot the Piano Player (1960)A washed-up classical pianist playing in a Parisian dive bar gets dragged into the chaos when he finds his brothers are in serious trouble.
Jules and Jim (1962)Decades of a love triangle concerning two friends and an impulsive woman.
