Penn State Football 9/21/24 Preview Against Kent State

Penn State takes on Kent State this weekend. Let’s preview the matchup.

Penn State is 2-0 and had a bye last weekend. They did drop a couple of spots and are now ranked at number 10 in the AP Top 25.

Kent State on the other hand is 0-3. They got pummeled last week by Tennessee 71-0 and were offered a second half running clock.

Penn State is 49-point favorites over Kent State. The last time the two teams played in 2018 Penn State won by a 63-10 score.

Although Penn State does seem to have MAC teams’ number, Bowling Green did play them close when they played two weeks ago 34-27. Could that give Kent State some hope to go into Happy Valley and upset the Nittany Lions?

I doubt it. I’m picking Penn State to crush them.
