O Little Town of Sussex

O little town of Sussex nowHow still you are after fiveAbove thy deep man-oo-er heapsThy smells make angels cry

Yet in thy houses thereinSuch pleasant people dwellYou make Saint John look oh so wrongAnd Moncton look like hell

O little town of Sussex nowYour stoplights are so fewWe smoke our slims and meet at Tim’sFor what else can we do?

Your tractors out on Main StreetAs well as in paradesAnd by the moon hot air balloonsO memories they have made

The gateway to the Fundy trailsWith graceful countrysideAnd murals here bring beauty nearWe hear the train go by

O Freddy wishes they hadThe great flea market thingOh come see us, and ski with usThen Sully’s in the spring
