Many people do not associate Christmas with barbecue. When I was growing up my father sometimes would get a pork butt from the Golden Rule to go along with the roast turkey (he was not a turkey fan). It was a good idea in principle, although I’m not sure you really need yet another dish at Christmas dinner.
