Much needed rain will have arrived just in time for the developing fruitlets on our trees. Some warmer temperatures would be useful too. We have until the end of May to be clear of the risk of night frost. Even the newly formed fruitlets can be seriously damaged by a dip to zero or below for an hour or so in the hours prior to sunrise.
