Matt Chandler on Redeeming the Mission of Reconciliation

The Sunday feature of the Worldly Saints blog is all about quotes. No commentary from me, no reflection, etc. Just a provocative or informative quote from a saint in church history.

“Over the years we have run into people who think the city in which they live is lame, their job is lame, their church is lame, their neighborhood is lame. Everything … lame. How different would they be if they knew that God had called, equipped, and set them free to be part of His mission of reconciliation in their own workplaces, neighborhoods, cities, and churches – the very things which with they’re so very discontent.”
