Make it Up

It was a night to make it up as I went along, so along I went.

Beef Macaroni Bake

This journey had an awesome conclusion.

What to make with macaroni, hamburger, ricotta cheese, ½ an onion, two stalks of celery, a hunk of pepper jack cheese, bread crumbs and taco seasoning? Let’s find out.

Cook the hamburger and drain the grease.

Add in the celery, onion and taco seasoning. Cook until the vegetables are soft.

Cook the macaroni according to directions then mix with meat in a casserole dish.

Mix in the ricotta and shredded cheese. Top with breadcrumbs and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

Looks done to me.

1 lb ground beef

2 stalks celery

1 C shredded pepper jack cheese

8 oz macaroni

½ onion, chopped

1 c ricotta cheese

¾ C bread crumbs

2 tbls taco seasoning
