Lady and the Tramp (1955)

Director: Clyde Geronimi, Wilfred Jackson
The romantic tale of a sheltered uptown Cocker Spaniel dog and a streetwise downtown Mutt.
What an absolutely delightful animated feature! I actually loved everything about this film. It was funny, dramatic, adventurous, and the characters were all very likable, with very good voice work. Of course, the enigmatic, charming, energetic Tramp stole the show! And who can forget that classic spaghetti eating scene!
This is an animated film for young and old – considering this was during the time when animated films were considered mostly for kids. A true classic!
