Just In Case You Missed It – May 20-25, 2019

1. “Did the Church Decide Which Books Made It into the Bible?” Michael Kruger (Ligonier). The Catholic view and the Protestant view vary on this one. Think thermostat and thermometer.

2. “A Fresh Look at the 5 Missionary Martyrs in Ecuador” by Lucy S.R. Austen (The Gospel Coalition). A thoughtful reflection on one of the most important events in church history.

3. “The Plague of Lazy Pastors” by David Mathis (Desiring God). It certainly is possible to be in full-time ministry and be bored, but if you’re doing it right, there will rarely be a dull moment.

4. “Safety in Numbers? How to Miss the Narrow Door” by Clint Archer (The Cripplegate). You need to know about these false assurances.
